Once again, the Cordoba Book Fair returns to the Boulevard of the Gran Capitán, this time in its 46th edition. From Friday, March 29 to Sunday, April 7, we will once again be able to enjoy about 90 activities related to the world of literature that will be open to all audiences.
Organized by the Delegation of Culture of the City of Córdoba, this year through different events, the Book Fair will focus on the bicentennial of Herman Melville, author of Moby Dick. It will also commemorate the anniversaries of Walt Withman and Primo Levi, as well as the fourth centenary of Fuenteovejuna.
A prominent place in this edition will have a poetic act and the presentation of the work "The scale of Mohs" of the cordovan poet Gata Cattana died two years ago.
It will also have the presence of renowned authors in the field of Spanish literature as Felix de Azua, Justo Navarro, Carlos Zanón or David Trueba, to which we must add new promises such as Sara Mesa, Cristina Morales or Elvira Navarro as Pilar Adón , Rosa María Calaf, José Calvo Poyato, Guillermo Carnero, Mayte who will present their novelties.
Apart from the presentations and signatures of books, this year there will be a wide range of programmed activities such as round tables and meetings with authors and workshops. Likewise, the children and youth section will once again have a prominent role this year, as there will be some forty activities aimed at this audience.
