Built in 1999 by the architect Cesar Portela's National Architecture Prize, which integrated with the archaeological remains found. In the parking lot we can find remains of a Moorish house, the union of two aqueducts and a mosque with Roman stones. Also you can see several sculptures of San Agustín.
