The Fosforito Flamenco Center will once again recall the atmosphere of the old singer cafes of the mid-nineteenth century from next Thursday, June 6, at 9:30 p.m., with the performance of bailaor Alberto Rodríguez 'Parraguilla'.
The young Cordovan will be in charge of inaugurating a new installment of the cycle 'Café Cantante', a program dedicated to flamenco dance that will take place on Thursday nights in the patio of the Posada del Potro between the months of June and July.
Seven performances make up the program of this edition, which will run until July 25. As in previous occasions, the cast will be made up of more than twenty artists who will take part in the shows in the facets of singing, guitar and dance, mostly young values formed or born in Cordoba.
After the first performance this Thursday, it will be the turn of:
- The dancer Rosa Herrador (June 13)
- Ana García 'Anamarga' (June 27)
- Inmaculada Serrano (July 4)
- Rafael Martos (July 11)
- Fuensanta Blanco (July 18)
- Verónica Reverte (July 25), who will be the one who put an end to the cycle.
All the shows will take place in the patio of the Posada del Potro starting at 9:30 p.m. and the entrance will be free until full capacity is reached.
