Building that for years was the College Julio Romero of Towers and previously the Convent of Santa Clara, shelters spectacles of dance, Fleming, music, gastronomy, theatre, and poetry.
Inside we can find several. The first court emphasizes the gallery and the props of brick, with the paved soil and diverse hanging handles in blue color with geraniums, gitanillas, etc. In other courts, the carpentry, blinds and closings, they are of white color, as well as the front and the soil, hereby it highlights more the color of the vegetation.
In 2012 it was reformed for meetings and cultural uses, especially of the Fleming.

This building there is located in Street King Heredia, 22.
