El Rincon de Juan was born in January 1993 and noted for its traditional yet innovative cuisine with the best ingredients: olive oil, fish Málaga, Cádiz, San Sebastián, the freshest seafood from Galicia and Huelva, next to Iberian meats Valley Pedroches and country vegetables, plus a magnificent presentation. John Corner has a local 50 m2, recently renovated.
