The House Museum of the Ham of Hams Rute is a made dream reality. The company was founded by the family Jiménez it does more than 60 years and, during all this time, has been storing the different useful ones that have stayed in disuse for the technical advances. Today there form an excellent and faithful exhibition of the history of the charina and the production of the ham more craftsman.
The respect for the tradition and the love for these "tasks", they have given fruit to an excellent museum that the whole "utilllaje" compiles related to this activity.
The Museum of the Ham possesses several and very beautiful mosaics of ceramics that represent artistic scenes related to this activity, as the "slaughter" of the pork. They were created by the artist Tomás Egea Azcona.
