The Theatre Axerquía is a scenic outdoor space with seating for over 3,500 spectators, located at the southern end of Avenida Conde Vallellano, bordering the Cruz Conde park. Its construction dates back to 1969, is the work of architect José Rebollo, who followed the idea of an integrated green space where it would be built garden theater.
After several decades of closure, recovered for the performing arts and other cultural events in July 2007, after a complex process of reform. This exhibition highlights the unique view of the historic center of the city and its particular location in green surroundings such as Parque Cruz Conde, which make it an ideal outdoor venue for performances in spring and summer.
