Every year, we celebrate the Wine Tasting in Cordoba Montilla-Moriles, where more than 20 wineries and attending all Cordoba to taste the wines and the most typical tapas involved. Music also enlivened the celebration and activities take place, among which led winemakers tasting for visitors who request it. The different types include Fino, Amontillado, Oloroso, the Cream, Pedro Ximenez, the Young Black and ecological, still the dominant white variety Pedro Ximenez occupying more than 80% of the area planted with vines . These wines are aged in barrels or American oak barrels, by Criaderas or sills and under the so-called "flor", a dense layer of yeast floating on the surface of the boot, which is what gives this own touch of Montilla-Moriles wines.
