Esta ermita, construida a principios del siglo XVII, está dedicada a la patrona de Castro del Río. Antiguamente, se ubicaba a las afueras de la ciudad, pero en la actualidad se encuentra dentro de ella.
Es un edificio de una sola nave, dividida en tres tramos por sencillas pilastras y cubierta por medio cañón. El retablo es de madera tallada y policromada. Al final de la nave se encuentra el camarín con cúpula octogonal, en el que se encuentra la Virgen.
